Whole Cloves (Indian Origin, Handpicked Export Grade) – 10kg
Whole Cloves (Indian Origin, Handpicked Export Grade) – 10kg
Source premium, export-grade Head-On Bold Whole Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum) direct from origin. Meticulously sorted to eliminate stems, mother cloves, and broken buds, our cloves feature plump, unopened flower crowns (heads) and a deep, natural reddish-brown hue. Tested to yield an exceptional volatile essential oil content exceeding 17% (predominantly eugenol), this grade is tailored for industrial oleoresin and fragrance extraction, pharmaceutical dental applications, master distillers, and high-end spice packaging.
Unlike commercial mixed FAQ (Fair Average Quality) grades that contain high percentages of headless shafts, woody stems, and residual dust, our cloves are 100% mechanically destoned and aspirator-cleaned before final hand-sorting. The result is maximum essential oil retention, prolonged aromatics, and a pungent, warm-spicy flavor profile that meets the stringent physical and chemical standards of the US FDA, European Spice Association (ESA), and ISO specifications.
